xLM Annual Retreat 2026: Reconnect, Recharge, Rise Together
Explore xLM Continuous Intelligence's 2026 annual retreat at Govardhan EcoVillage, Palghar, highlighting team bonding, strategic discussions, and celebrations.

1.0. Introduction
For four days in late October, the familiar rhythm of meetings, deadlines, and screens gave way to shared meals, open conversations, laughter, and moments of reflection. Surrounded by the greenery and peaceful atmosphere of Govardhan EcoVillage in Palghar, Maharashtra, the xLM team came together for something more meaningful than an annual gathering. It was an opportunity to pause, appreciate how far we had travelled, and think about where we could go next.
From October 23 to 26, the xLM Annual Retreat 2026 brought together colleagues across the organization under one theme: Reconnect, Recharge, Rise Together. The setting offered a welcome change of pace, while the conversations and experiences created space for stronger relationships and fresh perspectives.
There was strategy and learning, but also spirituality, wellness, team activities, and celebration. Most importantly, there was time to recognize the people behind our progress and share a collective vision for the year ahead.
2.0. Four Days of Connection, Learning, and Celebration
The retreat began with the simple pleasure of coming together. As colleagues arrived and settled into the eco-village, the usual workday conversations turned into personal catch-ups and shared experiences. Sound healing sessions offered a calm beginning, followed by a forest tour, temple visits, Yamuna Aarti, and an evening of Kirtan. The first day set a thoughtful tone for the days that followed.
The energy shifted on day two. Team and product sessions created opportunities to exchange perspectives, while team-building activities and games brought out a more playful side of the group. The CEO Deep Dive gave everyone an opportunity to engage with xLM's strategy, followed by a fireside chat that encouraged open conversation and a chance to share thoughts beyond the usual meeting format.
"It was a chance to reconnect with colleagues, rediscover our collective purpose, and build momentum for what lies ahead."
Day three brought the organization's future into sharper focus. The CEO Strategy and Vision sessions explored xLM's cumulative success, opportunities to scale, and how the organization could reorganize to be a world leader. A collaborative whiteboarding session on xLM Reimagined encouraged the team to think about the possibilities ahead.
The day also made room for personal reflection through meditation, a session on spirituality and modern youth. The evening concluded with Govardhan EcoVillage's Sharad Purnima celebrations, bringing everyone together for a memorable shared experience.
On the final morning the reflections, takeaways, and commitments helped bring the four days together, before the CEO's special address, group photographs, and farewell lunch marked the conclusion.
3.0. Looking Ahead: The CEO's Vision for 2027
The conversation then turned to the future. One of the most valuable parts of the retreat was hearing the CEO share his vision for xLM in 2027 and discussing what the next phase of growth could look like.
The discussions centred on building upon cumulative success rather than treating each achievement as an isolated milestone. Scaling the organization, strengthening its capabilities, and reorganizing were important themes. But the larger message was about how the team could translate ambition into meaningful progress.
The strategy sessions also created an opportunity to think collectively about priorities. Growth requires more than individual effort; it depends on people understanding the direction, working across responsibilities, and contributing to shared outcomes. The CEO's vision invited everyone to consider not only what xLM wants to achieve, but also how each person can help make it happen.
"Progress is not driven by individual achievements alone. It comes from a shared understanding of priorities, stronger collaboration, and the collective commitment to turn ideas into outcomes."
The CEO Deep Dive, fireside conversation, and whiteboarding session made the strategy feel like a shared discussion rather than a one-way presentation. They gave the team an opportunity to reflect, ask questions, and contribute ideas as xLM looks towards 2027.
4.0. Celebrating Excellence: The People Behind Our Progress
A celebration of progress would not be complete without recognizing the people who make it possible. The xLM Annual Awards 2026 brought that recognition to the forefront, honouring individual excellence, client engagement, performance, innovation, and contributions to the organization.
Abhishek Kumar Shukla received the Employee of the Year 2026 award, recognizing his contribution to the team. Mansi Joshi was honoured with the Excellence Award for Client Engagement, while Varun Nair earned the Pinnacle Performer Platinum Award. Pranshu Padia and Akash Dayma received the Pinnacle Performer Gold Awards, and Khyati Raghvani was recognized with the Silver Award.
The Marketing Trailblazer Award went to Kashyap Joshi, while Nagamani Basavaraju received the People Excellence & Organizational Impact Award. Mavji-Bhai Ramparia was honoured with the Eternal Wisdom & Timeless Excellence Award, recognizing a contribution that reflects enduring wisdom and excellence.
Team achievements received equally meaningful recognition. The Marketing Team of Abhishek Kumar Shukla, Akash Dayma, Neha Patil, Shruti Katkar, Abhijit Nikam, Ravishankar Yadav, and Kashyap Joshi received the Team of the Year award. It was a celebration of collective effort and the collaboration behind xLM's growing voice.
The special recognition awards highlighted the many forms of contribution across the organization. Nabhesh Dayma received the Technical Maestro award, Abhishek Kumar Shukla was also recognized as Innovation Catalyst, and Devyanshi Joshi received the Emerging Excellence Award. Arnav Rathod earned the Accelerated Impact Award, Vaishnavi Patil the Commitment Champion Award, and Akshat Gaikar the Learning Champion Award. Vaishnavi Kamat received the Exceptional Contribution Award, while Sandeep Mundhe was recognized as Emerging Quality Champion. Mavji-Bhai Ramparia also received the Seva Ratna Award.
"Every award tells a story of commitment, perseverance, teamwork, and the willingness to go beyond expectations."
Congratulations to every recipient. Each recognition reflects a different strength, but together they tell one story, xLM's progress is built by people who bring dedication, initiative, and care to their work.
5.0. Beyond Work: Building Deeper Connections
Beyond the strategy sessions and award celebrations, some of the retreat's most memorable moments came from simply spending time together. Shared meals, informal conversations, group photographs, and laughter created opportunities to connect with colleagues in ways that everyday work rarely allows.
The setting at Govardhan EcoVillage added another dimension to the experience. Sound healing, meditation, spiritual sessions, and the Gita class offered moments to slow down and reflect. These experiences complemented the professional discussions and gave everyone space to step back from routine.
"The retreat gave everyone the space to recharge, reflect, and return with renewed energy."
These moments matter. Strong teams are built not only through shared targets and responsibilities, but also through trust, understanding, and the relationships that develop along the way.
6.0. The Journey Ahead: A Brighter 2027
As the team departed Govardhan EcoVillage on October 26, the retreat left behind more than photographs and memories. It brought renewed energy, a clearer understanding of the direction ahead, and a fresh appreciation for the people who make xLM what it is.
The CEO's vision for 2027, the ideas exchanged during the sessions, and the achievements celebrated throughout the retreat all point towards a shared responsibility. The next chapter will be shaped by how we collaborate, how we learn, and how consistently we turn our commitments into action.
"Reconnecting helps us understand one another better, recharging gives us the energy to take on new challenges, and rising together turns individual potential into collective progress."
The xLM Annual Retreat 2026 was a reminder that moving forward starts with moving forward together. We return with stronger connections, renewed purpose, and plenty to look forward to.
