AI/ML Application Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate AI/ML Software Developer to join our growing team. Minimum 2 years of relevant AI/ML software development experience. You will play a key role in developing and deploying cutting-edge AI and machine learning applications that will drive the success of our business. You will work closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to bring innovative ideas to life, from concept to production.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI and ML applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists to understand data requirements, analyze datasets, and prepare data for model training.
- Select and implement appropriate machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) based on project needs.
- Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models to achieve desired performance metrics.
- Develop and integrate AI/ML models into existing software systems and applications.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI/ML solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor's degree with significant experience may be considered).
- Proven experience building and deploying production-ready AI/ML applications.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
