Project Manager
Job Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
- Effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project completion.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, and resources, proactively adapting plans to mitigate risks and meet deadlines.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues and conflicts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance, identify key learnings, and improve future processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and project management excellence within the organization.
- Responsibilities also include managing Scrum/Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborating with US-based clients to enhance project outcomes.
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on project management experience.
- Proven success in managing and delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
- Strong understanding of industry-standard project management processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
