Engineers – E&TC / Electrical

Job Summary:

We are looking for passionate and driven Engineers from E&TC and Electrical backgrounds to join our dynamic team. Whether you’re a fresher ready to launch your career or have up to 4 years of experience, you’ll be involved in hands-on engineering projects that support innovation and operations in the IT, manufacturing, and automation sectors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, development, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical and electronics systems.
  • Work on industrial automation, PLC/SCADA systems, embedded systems, or IoT-based projects depending on the assignment.
  • Support senior engineers in the execution of site-based or lab-based engineering tasks.
  • Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for system implementation.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of circuits, control panels, sensors, and other hardware components.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards during execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, design, and production teams.
  • Prepare technical documentation and assist with reporting on engineering tasks and progress.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Diploma holders may be considered for certain roles).
  • 0–4 years of hands-on or academic project experience in related domains.
  • Good understanding of electrical/electronic circuits, control systems, microcontrollers, and communication protocols.
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as Multisim, MATLAB, AutoCAD, Proteus, LabVIEW, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work on-site or in field environments as required.
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Exposure to PLC/SCADA systems, Embedded C, or IoT Platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or other prototyping boards.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety practices and quality control procedures.
  • Internship or academic project experience in automation, control systems, or product development.
  • Interest or experience in Project Management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
  • Exposure to tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar
  • Ability to support planning, coordination, and execution of projects in a cross-functional team environment

Note: Candidates selected for this position should be willing to work hybrid or shift to Nashik location as the role requires onsite presence.
